I don't have as detailed a list as you do but the top two albums would definitely be Quella Vecchia Locanda's. I found them on your blog while clicking random links on various music blogs I had found and have followed yours ever since.

Kopernik is a great find, a lot of Tastuya Yoshida projects (especially Samla Mammas Manna and Koenjihyakkei). Haco - After Dinner - Hohaiyo, Cicala MVTA, Asa Chang & Junray......
