Mommy Weirdest:

Julian Cope's solo catalogue has it's rough patches but this 1995 album is great! It's a grab-bag of Cope's usual style with psychedelic pop, trance rock, gentle folk, and some electro-synth pop thrown in there as well. His voice seems strained at times on a few of these songs and (as usual) his lyrics are both brilliant and quite goofy. 20 Mothers was Julian Cope's final album made for a major label and he even scored a UK Top 40 hit with the fabulous "Try Try Try".

I really like the album concept of 20 Songs for 20 mothers and the cover is cool, as well.

Who's your Mommy?
